Published in 1946, before Big Pharma replaced holistic (natural) medical treatments.
Doctors even gave marital advice it looks like. It even helps one to understand life on Earth. So much is covered in this book.

Coughing breaks up congestion and expels toxemia and debris.
Sneezing is a healing mechanism.
Inflammation is a healing mechanism.
Diarrhea is a healing mechanism.
Vomiting is a healing mechanism.
Instead of fearing these mechanisms and trying to stop them with drugs or other alternatives, we should ask ourselves “what is my body trying to heal from?”

When the medical and pharma iindustry took over natural healing methods and we were forced to forget knowledge acquired over thousands of years, which had been passed down from generations to generations.
Nothing good came out of this. All by design and all because they can't patent nature. And they only care about profits, not lives.
A patient cured, is a profit lost. This is an industry that is designed to make us sick, and keep us sick. Nature has the cure to everything. We just forgot to find it.

Did you know that in early March this year (2026) New Zealand began using a new variant updated Pfizer mRNA Covid injectable.
This time it is the LP.8.1 variant booster.
Did you also know that three and a half months into the roll out of this new product there is still NO PUBLICLY AVAILABLE ADVERSE EVENT DATA.
It is completely missing as a search option on the publicly viewable adverse event database (SMARS)
We asked why and if we could be provided with the adverse event data under OIA (in an earlier OIA)
No was the answer....along with telling us that it will be added "soon".

My vet required 💉 before boarding my cat. Was going to be on a 3 week trip out of country and didn’t have anyone to care for her while I was gone.
